Yhe breakfast buffet was very plentiful and yummy too! Loved the grits and breakfast potatoes! The buffet seating and everything else was very clean and service was good. That was just my opinion, as most of the other individuals who dined with me seemed to enjoy the desserts. The variety was great, but I thought the flavor lacked a little. and various other veggies and potatoes, there was more than enough to satisfy my taste buds! For the meat eaters, there were tons of meat choices, that included things like seafood macaroni and cheese, steak cooked to your order, fried fish and shrimp, and even crawfish, to name a few! I watched my family members devour all of these meat choices and go back for seconds! I am a dessert eater also, and I was a little disappointed in the flavor of some of the desserts.

From steamed cabbage, to Brussels sprouts, to mix vegetables, salads. I was hoping for some vegetarian choices and there were many. We visited the Beau and buffet on Father's day for dinner and for a weekday breakfast.
